3Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at palamis77 at any time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

Upon Registration

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Palamis77 reserves the right to request identity documents such as a copy of your MyKad or passport as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• Accounts registered with false or incomplete information may be frozen or removed at any time without prior notice.

Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place in your account, including any transactions or bets placed through it.
• You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with any other party. palamis77 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact the palamis77 support team immediately.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on palamis77 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through payment methods recognised by palamis77.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the chosen method.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. palamis77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Palamis77 reserves the right to request additional verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000.
• All winnings derived from bonuses must meet the rollover requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Palamis77 offers its members a variety of promotions and bonuses from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Rollover / Wagering Requirements: Bonuses received must be used to place wagers in accordance with the specified rollover requirements (typically between 5x and 20x the bonus value) before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• One bonus per player: Each bonus may only be claimed once per player. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.

6Game Rules

All games available on the palamis77 platform — including slots, baccarat, blackjack, poker, live casino, and sports betting covering badminton, cricket, and football — are operated in accordance with their respective standard game rules.

• Final decision: All game outcomes displayed by the palamis77 system are final and binding. In the event of any discrepancy between a player's display and the server records, the palamis77 server records shall prevail.
• Technical disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, palamis77 will endeavour to restore the session. If restoration is not possible, the wager(s) involved may be refunded to the player's account at palamis77's discretion.
• Sports Betting: For badminton, IPL/T20 cricket, EPL football, and Malaysia Super League matches — any postponed or cancelled match will result in the stake being returned to the player, unless the official result has already been announced by the organising body.
• Odds & markets: palamis77 reserves the right to adjust odds and close betting markets at any time, particularly in live betting situations when new information is received during a match.

7Prohibited Conduct

Palamis77 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension or deactivation, along with forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any third-party tools to play or place bets automatically.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or sports betting.
• Registering multiple accounts or using a false identity to claim bonuses more than once.
• Money laundering or using the palamis77 platform for any financial criminal activity.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, system bugs, or software errors to obtain unauthorised financial gain.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing palamis77 staff or other players.

8Account Security & Password
